¿Realizan envíos al extranjero?
Sí, realizamos envíos a todo el mundo. Se aplicarán gastos de envío, que se añadirán al finalizar la compra. Ofrecemos descuentos y promociones durante todo el año, así que mantente atento a nuestras ofertas exclusivas.
¿Cuáles son los plazos de entrega?
El plazo de entrega habitual es de siete (7) a catorce (14) días hábiles. Ten en cuenta que la preparación del pedido tarda entre uno (1) y dos (2) días. Los plazos mencionados no tienen en cuenta posibles retrasos debidos a huelgas, controles aduaneros u otras circunstancias ajenas a nuestro control...
¿Cuáles son los gastos de envío?
Ofrecemos envío gratuito para todos los pedidos superiores a 115 € en Europa y el resto del mundo. Para pedidos inferiores a 115 €, hay disponible una opción de envío seguro por 4,99 €.
¿Cómo puedo hacer el seguimiento de mi pedido?

How can I return or exchange an item?
You can return or exchange an item within 14 days from order recept. Please check our return and refund policy for more information or contact us directly by email: info@kimurakami.com. Client return cost will be at your expense.
I'm still waiting for my parcel, what can I do?
First of all, check the order tracking link that was sent to you by email! If the tracking indicates that delivery is in progress, please wait. If the product is with the carrier, collect it directly from them at the address they have given you.
Do I have to pay import fees?
For deliveries in mainland US. There are no customs or import Fees (except in exceptional cases).
For deliveries to countries outside the US, there may be customs Fees. Please contact your local customs office before placing your order.

Please be patient. Update and link between Logistic platform and website can take between 5 and 7 business days.

Can I get my product personalized?
It depends on the creator and the product. All options are outlined on the product page, so look out for customization options there.
I wish to buy Japanese clothing but i dont know how to select the good size?
Firstly, you have to know that Japanese sizes are 2 times smaller. If you normally wear Large (L), the equivalent Japanese size is 2XL. We also recommend you to check size chart on every product description !
